The small Condo made it so amazing. Excellent view from the balcony and a very cozy room. It was amazing to see that in such a small space everything was perfectly aligned so that anyone who is tired traveller can come and just settle in. We were not allowed to use the pool without having to contact the host so that became a little bit of a cumbersome episode. However, the host was very kind and tried his best to help.

Loved the unit! A good comfy place to come back to after a day of activities in the area. Plenty of restaurants and a small grocery in the building's complex, and the mall is a short walk away with clear pedestrian lanes/overpasses. Would definitely stay here again 😊

This was, without a doubt, one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had! The home itself is absolutely beautiful—stunningly decorated, spotlessly clean, and exactly as pictured. It truly felt like a luxury retreat from the moment we stepped inside. Beyond the beautiful space, the host deserves special recognition. Tonyo was incredibly responsive from the moment we booked, proactively reaching out with detailed check-in instructions and helpful local recommendations before we even had to ask. Any question we had during our stay was answered within minutes. Their proactivity and warmth made the entire process seamless and worry-free. We highly, highly recommend staying here. If you're looking for a beautiful, clean, and perfectly managed property, this is the one!

i had a great stay! Tonyo was very responsive and easy to communicate with. the place was cozy, clean, and well-maintained. the location is also super convenient — walking distance to MOA. highly recommend!

We love that the place was very easy to locate and commuteable. We just used PUVs going around Manila and absolutely had no problem going back and forth to the condo. the place was clean and complete with basic amenities. will book them again if I happen to have errands on the area.

Great place to stay. What you see is what you experience, very easy to access the unit. And near from MOA. What I love about the unit is the placement of the bed and the balcony. So relaxing. And sir tonyo is very responsive. From the time Im travelling to unit and upon checking out. He is so helpful. Gonna visit again soon ☺️

There is a fridge, electric kettle, microwave, hot and cold bath, washing machine (though we did not use it), flat screen tv, working a/c, decent bed, balcony facing the pool area, and most of all responsive staff. I also like how close it is to MOA. Will surely book this place again. I noticed that the top of the fridge is rusting, and the faucet in the bathroom is a little loose. However, this didn't affect our overall stay here at all. I will still give this place a 10.

Shell residence to be preffered compared to Shore. Room is nice with comfy bed and pillows. Busy street, did not bother me, but it is noicy 24/7. Will definately stay there again, in fact I have already booked another week later this month😀
